Calamari Squid - Perfect Everytime 👅❤️

This way of pre cooking the Squid make sure that it is perfect and crispy on the outside and delsious and fluffy on the inside. AMAZING

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the Froozen Squid into a sous vide bag, Add the oil and salt. Use immerstion method to cook at 58c for 1.5 Hours (I do not vacuum seal as it can break up the tender squid)

* Step 2

For the Sauce - Add all the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and stir together well to combine - put in fridge until ready to serve.

* Step 3

Mix the Flour and salt together then add the soda water mixed with the egg yolk in a large bowl. Then sprinkle the squid with a little dry flour, then into the batter then carfully into a frying pan with oil (I use canola) at 170C for approx 1 min or until the calamari are chrisp. do in 3-4 batches so that the oil stays hot. Drain on some kitchen paper and serve with the Sauce, and lemon wedges immediately - WOW
