Chocolate Fudge Brownie

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make a bain marie and melt chocolate,sugar and butter
* Step 2
Seive dry ingredients (cocoa powder and flour)
* Step 4
Mix Dry and wet ingredients together, let it cool just a slightly and add egg
* Step 5
If you add egg in hot mixture they will scramble just need slight cold and continuously whisk
* Step 6
Cook at 165 for 30-35 minutes or until it's cooked
* Step 7
Decorate as shown in picture you can also make chocolate sauce to decorate it
* Step 8
Chocolate Sauce: button chocolate melted on bain marie and vanilla extract keep it in sous vide for texture
