Love these fat salmon steaks in the supermarket. I love eating bone-in fish rather than fillets, some how the flesh seems sweeter and more tender. Anyone feels this way too? #keto #mealprep #salmon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Steam-fry broccoli in pan with 1 cm of water. Set aside.

* Step 2

Heat oil in non-stick pan. Sear fish on either side, then cook till desired consistency. Add in capsicums and mix with salmon oil and cook for about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with black pepper and sea salt! Done!
