Healthy shrimp wrap
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice onion into half circles
* Step 2
Half the cherry tomatoes. Heat a pan with olive oil and grill them with some salt on low heat till slightly soft. Set aside.
* Step 3
On the same pan, stir fry the onions and shrimps with paprika and grounded coriander. Add salt and pepper to taste.
* Step 4
Heat the tortilla wraps on a pan for 3 mins on each side.
* Step 5
Wrap the tomatoes, rockets, olives, onions and shrimps in the tortilla wrap and its ready to be served.
