Jambalaya, quick and easy!
I wanted to share this family favorite recipe that is quick and easy! This can be personalized easily! When my kids were young I didn’t use much cayenne pepper.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop onion,green pepper set aside
* Step 2
Slice polish sausage in quarters then cut again so they look like a half moon about 1/4 inch think
* Step 3
Melt butter in a deep skillet or Dutch Oven
* Step 4
Once the butter is melted add onion, green pepper, sausage, and minced garlic.
* Step 5
Sauté until the onions are translucent.
Add can of diced tomatoes and one can of water add your seasoning and bring it to a boil
* Step 6
When it comes to a boil add your instant rice stir and remove from heat and cover. Let set for 10minutes. Remove lid and serve!
