Simple houmous
We went through low sodium journey last couple of years. And that made me think about eating more. This is not authentic houmous, but something like that we can make with on hand ingredients.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the lemon/lime and dice to make it easy to remove seeds.
* Step 2
Peel garlic cloves, remove scapes.
* Step 3
Put all the ingredients in your food processor and whiz until it gets smooth.
* Step 4
Taste and add more water/salt/cumin until it gets your desired consistency and taste. Serve with your favourite veggies.
