Broccoli cheese paratha
#everydayveg Broccoli is an excellent source of vitamin-k, an essential nutrient. Also it contains a generous amount of calcium, which we need for good bone health but some people especially kids doesn't like broccoli. By following this recipe anybody can love broccoli.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
1st knead a soft dough by adding little salt & 1 teaspoon oil to the flour.Cover it up with damp kitchen towel & keep it aside.
* Step 2
Now chop the broccoli florets. Then heat up a pan & add the chopped broccoli & pinch of salt, it will release some water & get cooked by using its own moisture. Now add chopped garlic into it & cook for a couple of minutes then add black pepper powder & grated cheese. immediately turn off the heat & keep the pan away from the heat.
* Step 3
Now the stuffing is ready. Take a tennis ball like portion from atta dough & stuff the dough with the broccoli-cheese mixture & tuck it properly.
* Step 4
Now roll the parathas carefully. Then in a pan first dry roast both sides of the paratha. Then add some oil over the surface of the paratha & fry for a minute.
* Step 5
Serve the parathas hot with some pickle & enjoy.
