Cooking instructions

In a bowl add maida then salt, soda, powder and oil..knead a dough

Roll out square chapati from dough

Stuff aaloo masala into that

Give the desirr shape u want i gave mat design to my pockets

Bake at 200 * for 20 mins or until golden crisp or deep fry simply.
* Step 12
Aerve hot with green chutney and ketchup
