sooji

1 cup

curd

1/4 tsp

hing

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take 1 cup sooji and 1 cup oats ina bowl make a batter using curd,salt,water

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds to splatter now add cumin seeds, A pinch of Hing, curry leaves.

* Step 3

Add chopped onion,carrots and capsicum.mix well

* Step 4

Take a pan. keep a round Cookie cutter and pour the batter in the mould

* Step 5

Let it cook till golden brown.serve hot with Coriander chutney and chilli sauce
