Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For Manchurian:- In a mixing bowl add all-purpose flour, corn flour,salt,Red chilli powder, coriander powder,soya sauce,Ginger garlic paste, turmericpowder, homemade Manchurian powder,Add water mix it well.manchurian batter is ready.now add boiled cauliflower.Coat the marinated Gobhi with batter.And deep fry in hot oil till it turn golden brown and crisp from all the sides.gobhi pakoda is ready.

* Step 2

In a kadai add oil,garlic cloves,onion, spring onion, capsicum, vinegar mix it well.Now add soya sauce and add red chilli powder, salt,Add crushed black pepper, tomato sauce, chilli sauce mix it well and cook for 2 min.on low flame.manchurian sauce is ready.Now Manchurian Pakoda mix in a Manchurian sauce.

* Step 3

Now add water and chilli and tomato sauce mix it well.now add homemade Manchurian powder mix it well and boil it for 1 min. Gobhi Gravy Manchurian is ready

* Step 4

For Manchurian fried rice :- In a kadai add oil and add all veggies like (onion, capsicum, carrot,spring onion,peas, mushroom)mix it well and cook for 2 min.on low flame.now add ginger garlic paste, Manchurian powder,salt,soya sauce, chilli sauce mix it well properly.Now cover with plate and cook for 2 min.on low flame.now add gravy Manchurian.Mix it well.now add cooked rice mix it again.Munchurian fried rice is ready to serve.
