Whosayna’s ChickPops

Its small bites very tasty and crunchy. I usually make when there is veggie pasta, makes a good side dish. Nice variety for children’s party too, easy to grab and its size is just perfect

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

30mins
1/4 tsp

Salt

1/2 cup

Cornflour

1/2 tsp

Blackpepper

1

Egg

1 cup

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate chicken in marinade for three hours or more, keep in fridge

* Step 2

Mix the coating ingredients well and keep aside

* Step 3

Beat the batter well in another bowl

* Step 4

Keep a wok filled with oil on flame

* Step 5

Put each cube in flour then in batter then flour again, should pat the cubes to get flaky effect

* Step 6

Deep fry in oil on medium flame, till its crisped up (golden brown color)

* Step 7

Serve with hot sauce
