Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

1) Marinate chicken pcs in marination ingredients mentioned above and let it marinate for 3-5hrs 2) Mix well coating ingredients in a big bowl and keep aside 3) In a big bowl make batter, add egg and beat well add milk and beat add flour and the rest and make a paste 4) Coat dry ingredients on the chicken piece then dip in egg mixture and again do flour coating 5) Keep on tray, do same for the rest of pieces, when all done keep in deep freezer for half and hour

* Step 2

6) Deep fry on low flame, then keep high flame till it's crispy and golden brown colour
