Whosayna’s Pepper Steak topped with Mushroom Sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate the fillet slices in ingredients written for 3 hrs Then fry in 3-4 tbsp of butter and oil or margarine Fry on high flame till it's browned up, can lower flame if it's burning Remove on platter Now braise mushrooms in butter till they are browned up Remove in a plate and keep aside Use same pan u fried steak, if it has extra oil can remove little (using same pan cause we need the browned up steak crumbs to make sauce scrumptious)

* Step 2

Put all ingredients of sauce in the pan Keep on flame and stir continously till it's thicken a little Add fried mushroom slices then keep of flame Add chopped parsley and pour on fried steak platter
