Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a heavy bottomed pan, add ghee and all whole spices. Let them crackle for a while. Add soaked rice. Saute 2 minutes, medium heat.
* Step 2
Add salt and 500 ml hot water. Once boiling starts, simmer the heat and cook on low flame till done. Stir 1-2 times gently in between.
* Step 3
When rice is done add food colour and kewra water. Cover and leave on dum for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Garnish with fried onion and coriander leaves. Pulao is ready to be served. Enjoy😍
