CHICKEN TIKKA BIRYANI:
Biryani is a mixed rice dish originating among the #Pakistan / #India / #Bangladesh subcontinent. It is made with spices, rice, and usually some type of meat (chicken, beef, goat, lamb, prawn, fish) or in some cases without any meat, and sometimes, in addition, eggs and potatoes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
🌻CHICKEN TIKKA OVEN METHOD:

Skewer the marinated chicken pieces on bamboo skewers, then place them over a baking tray lined with parchment paper, making sure there is space underneath the chicken to help distribute the heat more evenly.
* Step 3
Reserve the chicken tikka marinade for later use.
Bake the chicken skewers for about 15 minutes, until slightly dark brown on the edges and cooked throughout.
* Step 4
🌻AIR FRYER METHOD:
Pre heat air fryer 200°C then arrange chicken tikka pieces in batches in fryer basket add 1 Tbsp oil then cook for 10-15 minutes or till cook all chicken throughout well and no longer pink. Take them out and keep aside and cover with foil tin or kitchen towel.
* Step 5
🌻CURRY:
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat, then add all whole spices fry few second then sauté the onions until just browned.
* Step 6
Add in the ginger garlic paste fry well add all ground spices then add chopped tomatoes / tin tomato and fry till soft.
* Step 9
Then spread all other leftover rice then arranged all lemon sliced sprinkle red & orange food colour sprinkle and finally top with the coriander, pour 2-3 Tablespoons fresh milk and oil then cover with foil tin then kitchen towel cover with lid and simmer the biryani over a low heat for 10 minutes or until all the water is absorbed and the rice and chicken are heated throughout.
