Ingredient

1 tea spoon

Red chilli powder

1/2 tea spoon

haldi powder

1 tea spoon

dhaniya powder

2 tablespoon

oil

1 tea spoon

cumin seeds

as per taste

Salt to taste

as required

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pressure cooker add oil once oil heat up add cumins seeds, chopped onions cook until transparent add liitle bit of salt

* Step 2

Now add Chooped green chilli and cook for 2 to 3 sec, add red chilli powder,haldi powder,dhaniya powder,salt and 2 tablespoon water and cook until oil are sperted 4 to 5 minutes

* Step 3

Add roasted papad and mix it well. Now add rice and 2 cups of water and mix it well and medium heat cook 1 whistle and turn off the flame.

* Step 4

Then add fresh coriander leaves and serve it
