Super crispy carrots tempura

How to make absolutely delicious and crispy tempura

Ingredient

Egg

100-150 g

Soft flour

3 Tbs

Starch

100 ml

Dashi broth

5 Tsp

Soy sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut to shred a carrot then put into a bowl add soft flour and starch. Adjust to cover the whole with flour. Put a mixing egg into a bowl and mix it.

Spread it on parchment paper as you like the size. Deep fried it with 180℃ oil with paper on it. Leave it for a minutes then turn it over and take the paper off.

Chop with chopsticks to make the inside crunchy. When it's being crunchy both of side that time for dinner with salt or tempura sauce.
