"Batibasa" is a traditional cooking technique of Odisha where all ingredients are mixed up in a bowl known as "Bati" and cooked on very low flame. Since these dishes don't require any stirring in between, the women would engage themselves in other household works in between. This is also a very healthy form of cooking a dish.
Badi Ambula ( dried mango) Batibasa is a so yummy and healthy dish also.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First of all prepare the mustard paste and keep it aside.
* Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
* Step 3
Put it on the gas stove by covering a lid in low flame. Don't stir it.
* Step 4
After 10-12 minutes it becomes ready.
* Step 5
Serve it with steamed rice by garnishing with some chopped coriander leaves.
