Butternut Squash baked fries
Vegetables in fry form. Great way to get veggies in kids. Sprinkle parmesan on top if you'd like
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre heat oven 425°. Peel your squash.
* Step 2
Cut in to match sticks. About 1/2 inch thick
* Step 3
Toss fries with oregano, cayenne, salt pepper oil.
* Step 4
Place on a rack on a baking sheet. Make sure to spray the rack with oil
* Step 5
Bake 30 to 35 mins. Enjoy
