Garlic parmesan ZOODLES
Super quick side dish, and kids actually eat it.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Zoodle your zucchini. Put in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes. Just enough to heat it up
* Step 2
While zoodles are heating in the microwave, heat olive oil, garlic, and hot pepper flakes in a non stick pan
* Step 3
Fold zoodles in oil mixture. Heat about a minute or two.
* Step 4
Add parmesan into pan. Fold until melted. 1 to 2 minutes. Serve hot enjoy. Top with extra flakes and cheese if desire when plating
