Zucchini CHIPS baked
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre heat oven 425. Slice your zucchini into thin slices. I used my mandolin.
* Step 2
PREP STATION. One bowl has milk. The other, Italian bread crumbs, panko, parmesan grated.
* Step 3
Take a handful of zucchini slices and put them in milk. Then one at a time dredge slices into bread mix, pressing firm, and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake 15 min, flip each one, then bake another 10-15 minutes. Depending on thickness of zucchini. Dont burn.
* Step 4
They will crisp up even more once out of the oven. Enjoy
