Chicken ZOODLE lo mein

Dont knock it till you try it. It is delicious

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a wok on high. Add oil. Cook chicken till done. About 4min. Remove chicken from wok and set aside.

While chicken is cooking, cut your vegetables. Including making your zoodles. DO NOT ADD ZOODLES YET. In the same wok, add vegetables and cook for 3 to 4minutes. Remove veggies put aside.

While vegetables are cooking, make your sauce. Whisk in the corn starch once all ingredients are in bowl.

* Step 4

Add sauce to the wok. Cook on high for 2 minutes stirring. Sauce will thicken up to your liking.

* Step 5

Add zoodles to the sauce. Fold in and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken and veggies. Fold in and reheat a minute or two.
