Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop vegetables. Add oil to pot and add veggies. Add Italian seasoning and cook on medium for about 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Add chicken broth. Bring to a boil and lower to a simmer. Simmer for 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Add tortilini and shredded chicken. Cook for 7 minutes.
* Step 4
Serve with parmesan cheese
