Chorizo chickpeas

Super spicy and delicious!

350-400 g

spicy chorizo

500 g

chickpeas

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put the chickpeas in water 24 h before cooking.

* Step 2

Keep frying for 10Chop the chorizo into pieces approximately the size of a chickpea. The same with the onion.

* Step 3

EnjoyPut olive oil in a pan and fry the onion for 4 or 5 minutes, then add the chorizo and the garlic cloves.

* Step 4

Strain the chickpeas.

* Step 5

Fry the chorizo for 5 more minutes and add the chickpeas. Keep frying for 10 more minutes at mid heat and remove constantly to mix the flavours well.

* Step 6

Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.

* Step 7
