Oyster Mushroom Masala

Delicious Oyster Mushroom cooked in rich flavours of spices.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast spices until aromatic
* Step 2
Grind spices to fine powder once cooled
* Step 3
Grind tomatoes and cashews to form a puree
* Step 4
Heat oil, add cinnamon and splutter cumin seeds
* Step 5
Add ginger garlic paste, onions and salt. saute until onions are translucent
* Step 6
Add ground puree, saute until oil starts leaving sides
* Step 7
Add spice powders and ground spice. saute for a minute
* Step 8
Add oyster mushrooms, mix well
* Step 9
Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes
* Step 10
Add water and salt. bring to boil
* Step 11
Simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes until mushrooms are done
* Step 12
Add kasuri methi, coriander leaves and cream. mix well and switch off
* Step 13
Serve hot with roti or naan
