Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix 1 cup Oats powder, 1/2 cup Wheat semolina, 2 tbsp homemade ghee, salt & water in a bowl to form a dough. Divide the dough in two balls.
* Step 2
Spread wheat flour on a flat surface & roll the dough into medium size roti. Place the roti on the pan. Cook the bottom side. Flip and cook the other side as well. Make sure that the rotis don’t fluff up.
* Step 3
Now remove them from heat and when the roti is still hot, start making spiral design on the rotis.
* Step 4
Pour jaggery syrup over the rotis. Spread grated coconut over all of them.
* Step 5
Then spread crushed peanut chikki & roasted sesame seeds.
* Step 6
Finally pour melted home-made ghee. Our dish is ready.
