Tahini Seed Crackers
Now I’ll grant you these look pretty heavy duty, but they are merely crunchy vehicles for your lovely toppings (like avocado, pâté or hummus). They are low carb and nutrient dense 😅
Ingredient

15 crackers
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
When the ingredients have formed a dough. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and roll the dough onto the paper until an even thickness.
* Step 3
Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes or until dry and crunchy. Allow to cool then break into rustic crackers. Or you can cut with a knife while still warm.
