Tomato & Onion Salad
Simple and fresh, lovely as a side dish with grilled fish or meat. Tomatoes are best served at room temp as it brings their flavour out.

It’s not much of a recipe really, I just chopped it all up and mixed everything together in a large bowl. Then transferred it to a serving bowl after mixing.
