Crispy Tortilla Chips
Easy peasy fried tortilla chips. Lovely and crispy, although not particularly healthy 😁
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the tortillas into 8 triangles
* Step 2
Heat the pan until it’s nice and hot, then add the oil and fry the chips for about 30 seconds either side.
* Step 3
Transfer onto paper towels to drain. Season with salt if desired and serve with dip or chilli.
