Ingredient

1 cup

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixer grind the chana dal into fine powder,sieve it.

* Step 2

Melt ghee and add little by little to dal powder and mix well.

* Step 3

Add sugar powder and mix well.

* Step 4

With your hands combine and make a tight Pindi, garnish as you wish.I use silver balls.

* Step 5

For atta sattu you can use roasted dalia,methad is same as besan sattu.
