#GA4 #week24.cauliflower.Today I have prepared veg muriganto or you can call cauliflower polau.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Fry the pieces of cauliflower in oil.
* Step 2
Then,pour oil in pan with whole garam masala, bay leaves,drychilli and tempt.
* Step 3
Add vegetable in it and fry some time with salt and sugar with ginger chilli paste.
* Step 4
Add rice in pan with turmeric and red chilli powder and saute everything for 7 min.
* Step 5
Then, add water in pan and keep it in low flame with a cover.
* Step 6
When all most dry the water from pan then add garam masala and ghee and saute.
* Step 7
After dry water then spread coriander leaves and green chilli in same pan and cover it for 10 min after off the gas.
* Step 8
After that, the muriganto is ready for serving.
