Roll samosa

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil and smash the potato and add all masalas with salt in the potatoes.
* Step 2
Mix every thing with coriander leaves, corn flour,oil and green chilli.
* Step 3
Mix flour, black cumin and salt, oil in same pan and make a dough.
* Step 4
After resting 30 min, make slices and roll by rolling pin by using oil.
* Step 5
Then cut all sides of the flat roll in rectangular shape.
* Step 6
Then cut the roll in 2 set and separate them.
* Step 7
Put oil in hand and take potato mix, put it in roll and wrap it
* Step 8
Complete the wrap with add a tooth peeks.
* Step 9
Make a thin batter of flour and water and dip the edges of roll to save the stuffing.
* Step 10
Then take oil in pan and keep hot.In medium flame stir the oil and keep the rolls for frying.
* Step 11
Flip all of them and fry slowly from all sides.
* Step 12
When the rolls getting golden brown then take them from oil and serve hot.
* Step 13
The roll samosa serve hot with tomato chutney.
