Weetbix coconut slice

Perfect snack for brekkie Macros per slice 147calories 8.1g fat 4.9g saturated fat 16.2g carbs 8.1g sugar 2.6g protein

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheaat oven to 160°C fan forced. Line a 16cm x 26cm slice pan with baking paper. Set aside.

* Step 2

Combine weetbix, flour, coconut and sugar in a large bowl.

* Step 3

Place the butter ans nutella in a small bowl and stir until combined.

* Step 4

Stir the butter mixture and EGG into the weetbix mixture. Combine.

* Step 5

Press mixture into the prepared pan using a metal spoon and water to avoid sticking.

* Step 6

Bake for 15mins or until firm and golden. Cool completely in tha pan.

* Step 7

Melt chocolate using doible boiler method. Drizzle ontop of slice and top with m&m's

* Step 8

Let set andd cut into slices

* Step 9

Store in an airtight container.
