Healthy avocado mousse
You don't even taste the avocado. Tastes very rich
Yummy and so much healthier.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the chopped chocolate in a double boiler. Melt until smooth or medium heat.
* Step 2
Set chocolate aside until warm (roughly 20mins)
* Step 3
Halve and pit the avocado. Scoop into food processor. Add the melted chocolate, cocoa powder, milk, vanilla extract and pinch sea salt.
* Step 4
Blend until smooth and creamy. Stop to scrape down bowl if needed. Taste and add agave or sweetener to taste if needed.
* Step 5
Add chocolate chips if you want. Then spoon into 2 bowls. Keep in fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
* Step 6
Enjoy. Taste very creamy and nothing like avocado.
