Cada muesli. Orgianlly from the theromix but made without it.
Add whatever you like to it.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut and core apple. Chop and place in food processor.
* Step 2
Chop dates and almonds. Add to food processor.
* Step 3
Add the coconut and sunflower seeds.
* Step 4
Blitz until wet mixture forms.
* Step 6
Serve. We added to yoghurt, cereal, overnight oats or eat alone.
