RAW MANGO SUMMER DRINK (KAIRI PANHE)

PANHE gives cooling effect in summer in addition is rich vitamin C content

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For preparing PANHE with boiled raw mango, extract all the pulp from raw mango in a mixing bowl.

* Step 2

Add jaggery (1 cup pulp to one cup jaggery). Add cardamom powder, black salt and saffron. Mix thoroughly. Add water about 2-3 glasses and again mix thoroughly.

* Step 3

Serve with ice cubes and mint leaves.

* Step 4

For preparing grated mango PANHE, put grated raw mango, sugar, Cardamom powder, black salt and saffron in a mixer jar. Blend till smooth texture is formed.

* Step 5

Empty the mixer jar in a bowl. Add 2-3 glasses of water and stir thoroughly.

* Step 6

Serve with ice cubes and mint leaves.
