Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak millet for 24-48 hours,wash again and remove stones,sand and other particles
* Step 2
Wash ginger,cloves,black pepper and habanero pepper and add to the washed grain
* Step 3
Grind millet into fine paste,add water into the paste,strain the paste by using strainer and allow the paste to stand for about 3-5 hours.
* Step 4
Strain the excess water in the paste,used the required amount of paste and mix it with ladle spoon
* Step 5
Wash tamarind and boil it in a required amount of water,until the water reaches boiling point.
* Step 6
Place a fine strainer in the bowl that contains millet paste(to avoid tamarind particles passing through the bowl) and pour boiling water,stir it thoroughly with ladle spoon until you get your desired consistency, if its too thick add a small amount of water bit by bit until you get your desired consistency, also if its too watery add a millet paste until you get your desired consistency.
* Step 7
Add sugar to your taste,and tie the kunu in white nylon bags,Enjoy!
* Step 8
Kunu is usually taken during breakfast,breaking fast,sahur or in the evening(as street food)
