Quick and Easy Miso-Glazed Salmon

Sometimes simple is best. It may not look like much, but it’s delicious! Plus, preparation, cooking, and clean-up are all quick. I cook this at least once every few weeks.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

About 17 minutes
2 Tablespoons

white miso

2 Tablespoons

soy sauce

1/4 cup

brown sugar

2 Tablespoons

hot water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well-blended.

Pour the glaze over the salmon, then bake for -7.5 minutes at 375°F.

Remove salmon from the oven and baste with glaze. Then, bake for another 7.5 minutes.

After 15 minutes total cooking time, check the doneness of the salmon. Depending on its thickness, it may still be too raw. You can continue to bake it OR you can broil it for 2 to 3 minutes to reach your desired level of doneness.

Tips: 🐟 Some of the glaze may scorch, but that’s okay. The salmon itself should not burn or overcook.
