Air-fried Salmon and Rice Bowl

Craving a health, bright bowl? This recipe is for you! Option to use whatever protein and vegetables you like, this is just our go to.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the salmon marinade by combining syrup, soy sauce, sriracha, and garlic. Marinate salmon for 30 minutes.

* Step 2

Air-fry salmons at 400F for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, simmer the remainder of the marinade to thicken and create a glaze.

* Step 3

Cook the sushi rice per the direction on the package. Meanwhile, combine rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Once the rice is done cooking, mix in the vinegar solution.

* Step 4

Create your bowls by adding the rice to the bottom, adding the salmon, and vegetables. Sauce with glaze and spicy mayo.
