The chili base for the recipe is the Award Winning Chili on our page. We added Macaroni, peppers, and cheese to the recipe to make it look like jack-o-lanterns with brains coming out. #halloween
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make award winning chili, Add in cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese. Cut peppers to make look like jack-o-lanterns. Mix together and pour in to peppers.
