With marrying into a Hungarian family and our last name meaning butcher. You have to have a delicious topping of onions and mushrooms on your steaks.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

1/2 stick

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut onions in half and then slice them. Slice mushrooms if you bought whole mushrooms.

* Step 2

In a large skillet, melt butter, add in onions and minced garlic. Cook on medium-low heat for 15 minutes. Add in mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce, continue cooking for 15 minutes.
