* Step 1

Heat oil add zeera and onion saute them 5 minutes.

Add potatoes fry for 3 minutes.

* Step 3

Add tomatoes and all the spices mix well cover and cook in low flame until the potatoes are tender.

Add green chillies, ground spices powder, green coriander serve with parhata.
