The popular street food in Korea, "Mayak Kimbap," is incredibly simple to make and amazing delicious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Before we start making Mayak Kimbap, we have to prepare the stuffing ingredients first
* Step 2
Boil water to cook spinach, and put a bit salt and oil into the water
Once the spinach is cooked, chill it in ice water and squeeze out the water
Cut spinach (spinach can be cut slightly longer than seaweed, it would look prettier after rolling up the kimbap)
* Step 3
Seasoned spinach with salt, sesame oil, soy sauce
* Step 4
Shredded carrots
Warm the pan, put oil to fry carrots, add some salt and keep frying the carrots
* Step 5
Add salt, soy sauce, sesame oil to the rice and mix well
* Step 6
Now it’s time to make Mayak Kimbap:)
Spread rice on top of seaweed, put spinach and carrots, and then roll up
