Chestnuts rice (Kuri Gohan)
The flavor of autumn in Japan. The way to make this dish is really easy. Put everything in a rice cooker and just turn on the switch.!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the chestnuts in water for 1 hour to make the husks softened. 1 hour later, take the husks off.
* Step 2
Soak the rice in water for 1 hour and drain well.
* Step 3
Put the rice, the water and the salt in a rice cooker and stir together. Add the chestnuts on top and turn on the switch.
