Harusame (Japanese Vermicelli) Salad

Harusame noodle is very popular especially among woman in Japan because it's a low calorie food and we think it's healthier. The sourness and sweetness, saltiness in this salad may be adjusted to suit your taste. It's also better to refrigerate first and then eat.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring the water to a boil, put the noodles and cook according to the directions on the package. Drain and rinse with cold running water, cut about 10 cm long.

* Step 2

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle sesame on it. (optional)
