Salted Egg Sandwich

Easy open face sandwich best served with hot tea. (Coz egg was too salty for me 😆)

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Lay or arrange sliced bread on a baking pan. Drizzle with olive oil or spread mayonaise (optional)

* Step 2

Cook spinach on a non stick frying pan. Add the spinach on the bread.

* Step 3

Next, put some mozzarella.

* Step 4

Slice the tomato as a circle. Top it on the mozarella.

* Step 5

Slice the salted egg and top it on the tomato.

* Step 6

Sprinkle pepper and paprika.

* Step 7

Toast for 5 min. Or until mozarella melted.

* Step 8

Enjoy!
