Chinese Vegetable Stir Fry

Chinese; Chinese leaves also called Peking Cabbage is available in most good supermarkets. It is a crosds between a cabbage abd a crunchy lettuce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat the oils in a wok or large frying pan until really hot, add the garlic and stir fry for about 30 seconds.

* Step 2

Add the broccoli florets and stir fry for about 3 minutes.

* Step 3

Toss in the Chinese cabbage and spring onions and stir fry for about 2 minutes

* Step 4

Pour on the soy sauce and sherry and 2-3 tablespoons of water and stir fry for 4 minutes, or until the vegetables are just tender.

* Step 5

Sprinkle with the roasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
