Bottle gourd ice cream

I made icream with lots of nuts from bottlegourd no body judge it but says taste is super and enjoy it very well lets see how it made.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First collect the all ingreidents and start to boil milk in a nonstick pan.
* Step 2
Now add grated or chopped bottle gourd and sir well put off the gas on slow flame and stir occasionally.
* Step 3
When cook or soft bottlegourd add sugar in it and stir continuously till sugar dissolved and see the qunantity of milk is coming less.
* Step 4
Mix cornflour in a cold milk and Add cornflour in the milk stir continously so should made lumps in the thick milk just to half mixture.
* Step 5
Now switch off the gas and mix milk powder and amul fresh cream give a good mix.add vanilla essence in it.
* Step 6
Now cool the milk creamy mixture and after that beat the milk mixture in mixy to make a smooth paste.
* Step 7
Now pour in a container addcut dry fruits on the top. Cover with foil paper and tight with the lid so didn't make ice on it.
* Step 8
After 2-3 hours again tske out the half freeze ice cream mixture again churn in the mixy to make the ice cream fluffy and smooth.
* Step 9
No body can say this is bottle gourd or lauki ice cream it is just like pista flour icreamthe taste and texture of the ice cream is amazing serve and enjoy the yummy ice cream with your family
* Step 10
Again set it in the freezer again and cover with foil paper and container lid freeze it for 7-8 hour or better to set it overnight.
* Step 11
Now enjoy to scoope the ice cream with decorate with another nuts and pistachios.
