Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take bhaji and cut in the centre and remove the seeds. Now heat 1 tbsp oil and saute onion and add mashed potatoes and add all dry masala and saute for a minute by adding coriander leaves 1 tsp
* Step 2
Now cool the potatoes mixture and now fill the stuffing by using small spoon and press it now microwave It for 2 minutes and if seems not soft give 30 seconds more.
* Step 3
Enjoy this as a side dish.
