Potatoes stew

#milk No use of coconut milk in potatoes stew

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a oil in a pan add mustard seeds and cumin seeds when crackle add ginger garlic,curry leaves and green chilli add onion and fry till golden brown add tomato and saute till leaves the oil now add boiled roughly mashed potatoes and saute a little add all dry masalas in it

* Step 2

For cashew and melon seeds paste tasked a small bowl add cashew and melon seeds with little water microwave for 30 seconds when cold make paste in the grinder

* Step 3

Add cashew melon paste in the potatoes and saute for a little add 1/2 cup of milk boiled till little thick

Garnish with coriander leaves serve with appam, iddiappam,and chapatti also
